Professor Han-Ru Zhou Speaks at Osgoode Hall Law School and Harvard Law School
On September 9, Professor Han-Ru Zhou presented a paper entitled “Principles, Constitutional Principles and Judicial Review: A Transnational Account” at a constitutional law seminar organized by the Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security at Osgoode Hall Law School. Professor Zhou was also invited on September 14 to discuss his paper with the JD and LLM students of the International and Comparative Law Workshop at Harvard Law School. His paper aims at developing an explanation and a defense of the exercise of judicial review of legislation based on “implied” and “unwritten” constitutional principles.
